I'm sure someone has been along to point this out, but there's nothing wrong with MSG. It's fine. It's actually not as bad for you as salt. All a slightly xenophobic myth.

Pot noodles are rank. They stink too. Uuuuugh.
I like having a few fork fulls of "dry" pot noodle before i eat mine, i also love the soggy goo around the base of the pot.

Just had a bowl of samyang kimchi noodles
514 kcals (plus a few more from the sweet chilli sauce I added)
2.1 grammes sodium.
To be perfectly honest I don't like them that much - tends to leave me a tad bloated and it's a bit on the fiery side.
At the very least I ought to use miso soup instead and chuck in some fresh veggies ...

You're just grumpy because they poo-pooed your notion of a blobfish pot noodlePot noodles aren't very nice - at least the ones with that brand name. Some of the newer makes are better, and less synthetic tasting.
Eh?I have never had a Pot Noodle but I would peal the lid back for the time it took the noodles to absorb the water then I would take lid fully off to eat.

I HAVE NEVER HAD A POT NOODLE BUT I WOULD PEAL THE LID BACK FOR THE TIME IT TOOK THE NOODLES TO ABSORB THE WATER THEN I WOULD TAKE THE LID FULLY OFF TO EAT.
