I Knew It Was Wrong

surely a decent breakfast made with proper sausages and decent bacon isn't going to be as bad for you, in moderation, as eating bucketloads of crap ready-meals and hydrogenated fats concealed in biscuits and cakes.

And I keep the rind on my bacon. It's yummy, and I don't care.

Bacon with potato waffles and baken beans is yummy.
 
Left over curry from the night before, or pizza. Tends to be on a weekend though, as it won't do to frighten small children with fearsome garlic breath.

I get weird looks in the office whenever I eat my toasted marmite and cottage cheese sandwiches at breakfast-time- all that's missing is the cucumber. Sounds odd, tastes grrrreat. Phwooar! :)

And don't have this very often, but crumpets with butter (better with proper butter IMO) smeared with lashings of Nutella. Better have a napkin ready as that buttery chocolate ooze makes me come over all unnecessary! :D
