Lost in translation: I read this as being about the mouth organ, like the old bluesmen use- Not the harmonica, which IMO mostly sounds like an untuned toy accordion or asthmatic cats stuck in a bellows...

I think there's good "Learn to play..." textbooks available from almost any music shops, unsure whether manuals for less usual instruments like the harmonica will be as widely available as say a guitar/piano tutorial, but it's worth a try...
If unsuccessful, you could always try the internet...

tar1984, have you tried listening to some Augustus Pablo? Lots of reggae features great harmonica playing... I learned to play karaoke-style, alongside his instrumentals... There's lots of cd's with him, should be pretty easy to find...

Harmonica = mouth organ = harp

I think your cat in a bellows is a harmonium (as often played by Ivor Cutler)
