I have 2 whole fish and no foil. How shall I cook them?

They do the same when I chew cotton wool. don't see the problem myself, I quite like the squeaky teeth sensation.
 
How do you keep the fennel on then, smartarse? Eh?

You just kinda wrap it. NO FOIL. None. Foiless cooking. An absence of foil. You need a lot of fennel though, then you can put a kind of bed of it under the fish too, and a layer on top. It's sort of smoky fennel baked fish with a bit of crispiness... The lack of foil is, in fact, vital to the flavour.


You can also put some sliced lemon in it.
