Why - what is it, really super serious?
Football is the original giant soap opera. You want to watch a serious sport with depth, go and watch cricket or cycling. And I say that as someone who loves football, goes to games etc.

eh? Phil Brown took over Hull in the Championship's relegation zone, and not only got them promoted to the top flight for the first time in their history, but also kept them in the Premier League. Just because someone's achievements weren't on Grand Slam Sunday or whatever bollocks they call it now doesn't mean they don't exist.
