Look, I know we've enjoyed a giggle and it's generally good having you around, however I'm not really enjoying your emails, specifically the level of innuendo in them. I don't know if you just think you're being friendly, if this is the case then could you please stop? Because I'm not finding it very friendly, more, well, sleezy, and I don't really think it's appropriate for work.
Hopefully this is just a misunderstanding that can be cleared up now.For future though, perhaps you might want to think about how your emails could easily be interpreted by a lot of people/women....

I thought it was non-confrontational, didn't have a lot of needless scary-HR jargon and would probably work, and I can imagine following up with, if neccessary 'No, I'm serious, stop it' if he carried on and it would still be non-confrontational?
