Well done, it's a brave decision of you and so commendable for you to just do it, I'm sure you'll reap heaps of rewards and happiness from this decision. :)

I was so set in my mind that I had to do the 9-5 (8-6) and that was what you do and if not happy then too bad... Society tells us lots of things..
Pensions, health insurance etc... well I choose life :D
 
Well done Liberty. I lasted one day in the ciddy.....

The people were very nice to me and all that, but it wasn't for me.

And what's with the "just SE London!?!?!" there are some nice places in SE London.

Aye. Its odd that yours isnt into holes, you cant keep mine out of them. I once lost him for an hour on a brambly hillside, he returned at dusk, sans collar, covered in shite and looking inordinatley pleased with himself.

I met a lovely lady who for 8 years has walked dogs for a living. I will start off working for her and then she has asked if all goes well would I like to form a partnership and run the business with her. I said that would be most acceptable.. Anyway with the help and backing of Oic I finally got the guts to leave the 9-5 and start living..

She likes chocolate and speaks Spanish and obviously animals so I can see us getting on in every way..

I will also do auto CAD advanced at college and I want to do carpentry as well.. and a bit of dog behaviour training

Today is the 1st day of the rest of my life :)

Bloody brilliant life-change there. I hope it all works out for you - sounds like it will.

Also sounds like potential for a great TV series or book!

Naah,she looked quite good at 80 (or how ever old she was) You've led a much more......demanding and stressfull life ;) :p :D

I'm so jealous. That's just the kind of thing I'd like to do. I need to set up my own rival dog walking company!
