all over: starting in auckland, then driving down to rotarua, then going to a mate's wedding in wellington, then crossing over to the south island to do some hill walking, kayakingthrough glow worm caves, and hopefully some other cool stuff.

Anyway, this is just a shameless bump to get people motivated about a streatham drinks on my return.

and also to comment on the friendliness that we have experienced so far: mrs hektik actually had a conversation yesterday while waiting for a bus. the mind boggles. they ended up chatting for ages, and they have arranged to meet for drinks - so we now know one more person in streatham. hoorah!
