With Teeth was not a total failure but it sounded pretty average to me - Trent's been listening to a load of scratchy indie/synth-revival bollocks and you can tell. All of the (dare I say it) industrial elements of their sound have been removed, and compared with their earlier albums NIN have lost a hell of a lot of edge IMO.

His new band members are a right bunch of dickheads too.

True, considering it's essentially a solo project. Still seeing em live it would help if half the musicians weren't greasey-haired indie tossers who think running around trying to knock a keyboard over counts as a decent performance.
