Hurt and missing cat

awww - glad the cats are returned and have nothing majorly wrong :)

(((((kitties)))))

I'm still worried about Delilah, the sedation would have worn off but she's still a bit out of it and not really moving. She's finding it hard to walk and hasn't really eaten since she came home apart from a bit of tuna.

She finally did a wee this morning but it was really dark. She seems a bit confused as she tried to do it in a bag of washing, Magic Sam moved her to the litter tray but when she'd finished she just sat down in her wee. Could she have forgotten in a year what a litter tray is or is it cos she's poorly?

:( :(

I realise it's just me posting on this thread now but a further update.:D

We've just got back from the vets and Delilah has got spinal shock which is why she's not really moving and is wobbly on her back legs. She's possibly still concussed and has loads of bruising from the impact.

They said that blood in her wee is normal after the trauma.

We're going back friday for them to check her legs are getting back to normal and I'm going to stay home with her today to keep an eye on her.

((((Delilah))))

Reading threads like this you're always holding your breath hoping that there's a happy ending by the time you reach the last post! :)

Glad Delilah seems to be making a recovery - poor kitty. I'm sure she's getting lots of TLC.
