Phil Brown on the mic, singing at the stadium looking smug as fuck. It's a shame.... when Hull were in the top 4, I predicted "Hull are going down". Shame they didn't. You'll be relegated by August next season, sack Brown and get Dowie in.... then we'll never hear from Hull ever again.

and no, Hull isn't a rugby league team, it's a city which has 2 rugby league teams, several union teams (much smaller) and a premiership football team - ever been?

Yeah, but to have taken a team like Hull to the Prem and kept them there is pretty fucking remarkable, so he can be excused a bit of numptiness.

You might excuse a bit, yes. The problem is that he displays numptiness to a degree not seen thus far from a Premier League manager. The City thing alone was amusing at the time but was very nearly season-wrecking. His antics yesterday, when his team got absolutely dicked by an understrength Utd reserve team and only stayed up because of hitherto-unseen levels of ineptitude from Boro and the barcodes

Oh, and a thankyou to Agricola. The above post has been a much more sensitive and eloquent version of what I am saying. The only football team I truly hate is Chelsea. I tend to give the thumbs up or down to a team due to the charisma of the manager. Football fandom is totally irrational. Brown is a penis.... I mean that bollocking at half time in front of the fans was a disgrace. I bet some of the players are gutted they didn't go down, just so they could give the ultimate fuck off to Brown. I will love Hull if Coleman takes over, find them funny if Dowie takes over, but I cannot like a side managed by Brown. I wanted Hull to go down to wipe the smugness from his face.
And Hull has the worst kit too. Any true football fan has to rate their likes and dislikes of a club based partly on the teams kit.
