Anyone else having a problem with https://archive.ph/?

I tried using it today and it said I had to do the CAPTCHA thing. I clicked on the "I am not a robot" box and nothing happened.

It also says
If you are on a personal connection, like at home, you can run an anti-virus scan on your device to make sure it is not infected with malware.
If you are at an office or shared network, you can ask the network administrator to run a scan across the network looking for misconfigured or infected devices.

If no one else is getting this, could it be that I am using a new internet provider?

Yeah, I get that too. But I'd put it down to them being a bit shit rather than anything wrong your side. If they're trying to scan anything at the client end, that's definitely going to be blocked at my router.
