how's your view?

at work - peoples feet :( the joys of working in a semi basement level

at home - block of flats at the front, my garden and about 20 other gardens at the back

something like that

From bedroom -- panaorama of London, only slightly obscured by the neighbouring towers on myestate -- I can see Tower Bridge, various City buildings, St Pauls dome in the centre of the view, and at a little stretch to the left, Big Ben.

Living room balcony -- throughly open and panoramic view oif the whole opf South London, with Camberwell Church and Crystal Palace TV tower in my direct/central line of sight.

Kitchen window -- Mostly the Aylesbury Estate :eek: but also Canary Wharf towers ...

The wonders of 12th floor council flat living :cool:

My view is something like this, only taken more to the right of the picture, and higher, so that those highrises to the right are superimposed against the volcano, Mount Baker, in the distance.

My view at the front;

I love this cherry tree it's still got all its leaves. So beautiful nearly all year round.

From my kitchen window, on the North facing side of the flat, I can just see the dome of St.Pauls and the London eye, but I've never managed to catch this in a photo for some reason, think I'd need a very good zoom lense or something.

neither of them taken this year

used to be able to see the london eye from the back window but someone's bunged up some new houses.

Is that Brixton Hill and Rush Common?

Those pix are great :cool: paolo, where were they taken from?? :)

From the fourth floor, bottom end of Tower Bridge road - not far from you I guess. The 10x zoom helps ;)
