How's your april pay rise?

pay increase in september(beginning of accademic year) , increase of 3 %, even though they admitted the cost of living around that area had increased 5%. the majority of whe staff live in accomodation that is owned by the employer so our rent up went up 5%, our wages 3

next pay rise i will get will be if i get promoted, but thats looking unlikely fot the forseeable future as they keep merging roles to save money

I got a month's salary as a bonus.

Haven't worked out the exact percentage, but I think we all went up by @ 3%.
