How often do you wash your trousers?

Jeans: 2-3 wears unless I tromp through something dirty, if so then right away.
Dresses/skirts...same.

this is actually not very often by US standards. I had to unlearn washing clothes after every wear as it is obviously not very eco-friendly behavior.

God, some people seem to be obsessed with cleanliness. If you wear pants, i really don't see how you can possibly need to wash your trousers every day, or even every few days. Especially in winter. Do legs sweat and smell  It's hardly the same as having stinky underarms!

If you're a true denim aficionado then you'll only wash your jeans once every other blue moon, and then with such a brief dip in cold water that it's barely worth it.

I'm less fussed about my trousers than my other clothing. Suit bottoms go on rotation and get dry cleaned every week or two. Jeans get washed when they get dirty and not before. Pretty much everything else gets washed immediately, but I don't have a particular problem of sweaty legs and rotting groin.

you're supposed to clean them of course and hang them up outside or freeze them to refresh them, but machine washing is bad news for jeans
