How often do you change your sheets?

This thread saw me down ASDA buying a 13.5 tog quilt for a tenner.

What a revelation !

I dread to think how much gas I wasted trying to keep myself warm in previous winters

Oh what a good idea, I'm usually pretty cold in bed and can't get to sleep unless I've warmed up. I was thinking about an electric blanket, but the problem with one of those is that it stops my memory foam topper from being as squishy as it can as electric blankets are quite rigid.

I wonder where my nearest Asda is? I'm going to google it now.

I got a lovely 13.5 tog duvet from Argos.

Re the changing bedclothes, whenever I feel like it - I'm very skanky and there's only me who sleeps in the bed!

Every 2 or 3 weeks here.

And the mattress protecter gets done every couple of months.

At least once a week sometimes twice... i changed them yesterday but need to do them again today as i looked after cherub last night and she sleeps in bed with me and she took her nappy of in the night and wet the bed.. though when she realised she said " nanna did it" i didnt honest!
