How much garlic (cooked but not slow roasted) is acceptable per person?

Yes well, once you start adding in different types of cooking, you get into much more complex poll options and they make my head hurt.

Do you do roasts just for you though eh? Bet you don't :p

looking forward to that! actually, a good use for garlic is plenty of garlic under the skin of a chicken of a chicken to be roasted. it all comes garlicky all over the meat. hmmmm......
also, I often adding some lightly fried chopped and crushed garlic to jar of pasta sauces, even if they claim to have garlic in it, because otherwise, they just taste like they don't.
