How much crockery is in your bedroom right now?

Toast in bed?
I guess it's marginally acceptable to have it brought to you, but it's a bit daft to get up, make breakfast, and then get back into bed to eat it.

Gosh you're very straight-laced... :D

Or am I just wild and crazy??

Nah, it's just that bed isn't a very practical place to eat and once I'm up and doing things, I don't want to get back into bed anyway. When you have breakfast in bed, do you go back to sleep after eating it?
I'm a bit funny about bedrooms TBH - as I have mentioned before frequently, the only acceptable activities for me in the bedroom are sleeping and shagging. Any other activity would make my insomnia worse.

No.. I'm still in bed and I'm working now (in between posting on U75).. tbh as gaijinboy is away I'm being a bit lazy.

But I remember when I had a studio flat I'd draw quite strict lines between what was done in bed and out of bed. Eg, even though I could see the TV from the bed, I'd only watch it if I was on the sofa etc.. apparently drawing boundaries between those sorts of activities does help if you have problems sleeping!

I tend to go to sleep quite early and get up early these days and during the weekdays I don't do breakfast... so it's a nice treat for me to have tea and toast in bed with the newspapers at the weekend!

*feels a bit embarrassed and moves computer and self into the office to continue with work* :D

I'm not a morning person, so my ex used to bring me tea and toast in bed in the mornings. :D

So why did I dump him...

Orang - I have been shamed into getting up, dressed, tidying up the flat, putting a wash on and getting into the office and doing some work... :D

Thank you!!

Wasn't my intention to shame you!
Be a slob if you want to - it IS Sunday after all.
I'm a perfect slob too - I just do it on the sofa instead of in bed.

No crockery in the bedroom. Pretty much agree with OU on things to do/have in the bedroom.

Can't remember the last time anyone brought me breakfast in bed, but toast crumbs on the sheet is truly unacceptable.

How many magazines are lying on the floor? Hhhmmmm, that's different :o

Eeew! crumbs in the bed

No crockery or glassware in my bedroom, apart from a teapot with a cactus planted in it.

You'll have to try harder with me though - I'm lying in bed eating crisps and cheese cracker things while divving about online, AND the tv is on and I'm not even watching it! Do your worst OU!

I have always enjoyed a lot of activities in or on the bed (reading, watching tv/movies, writing, noodling on the guitar, talking on the phone etc) so eating in bed is just another pleasurable opportunity to relax IMO. Also we get someone else's really quick random wireless network in the bedroom, but nowhere else, so what choice do I have but to stay in bed and eat crisps in my pyjamas?

Crumbs and that don't really bother me much as the whole bed is constantly layered with cat hair and gruft anyway. One of them's dossing with me right now, in fact, hairing away in his sleep.

E2A only one mug in here at the moment, amazingly (it's Mr K's, natch).

<Feels normal again> - that's pretty much the size of it at mine.. one big love and crumb fest with me, the bloke and the cats in bed - TV on with teletext footy scores for him, computer on lap for me, radio blaring... :D

a bowl with bits of easter egg in, a glass of water that i'm drinking now and a few mugs that are used to keep pens and such in :)
