I have a pile of filth in one corner of the room from where i periodically sweep and then don't bother to get a dustpan and brush out. Out kitchen is full of clutter and filth. There are clothes mouldering in the bathroom. Stuff is piled up every wall. No surface is clear of junk, bumpf, filth, and tat.

I am happy this way.

you are well missing out. Heres another one that looks showy but is well simple. When replacing a mostly full four-pinter into a reletavly unladen fridge door-shelf, flick your wrist while holding the milk and then sharply withdraw your milk holding arm. Thusly the weight of the milk closes the door for you and it looks like you have a magic super self closing fridge.

That one is best done in company as it's not entertaining to do when you are alone, unlike the slide-grab maneuver which is endlessly amusin. to me

It's VERY messy. Some council woman big-boss thing will stomp through my door at exactly 10:00 on friday to 'check up' on me (and the other residents, in the neighbouring hives), and I've still not mustered the energy to do the 'last minute mega-effective cleanup' trick... I'm losing my touch.
