How many films will you have seen at the cinema in 2006?

After tonight it'll be 10... less than one a month for 2006 - not enough imo.
I love going to the cinema - must do it more next year

Around 10 - will be going to many more now I have membership of The Ritzy, though it'd be even more if their previews weren't on Sunday mornings.
My initial plan to go once a week is possibly a mite too ambitious

Floopadelic will have seen the most of those who voted. I thought there might have been more out there who go more often than an average of once a week. I feel a bit of oddball now being one of only 2 who goes an average of once a week. Perhaps those who go more often don't have time to do anything else.

Despite only being a small sample and 0 being the most popular option, the average is higher than the national average, although on a forum that's partly devoted to film, it's probably not that surprising.

I doubt that anyone can see too many films. I would have liked to have seen more. This year has been the least I've seen in the last 5 years.

I only managed to see one film in June and July due to the distraction of the World Cup. It was only going to the London Film Festival that built up my attendance this year, but again, I didn't get to see that many films then (8).

There is no cinema where I live, which reduces the number of times I go. There is one close to where I work and most films that I see are straight after work. If I lived closer to a cinema, I'd be less restricted with the showings that I can attend.

I much prefer going to the cinema, mainly for the chance to see a film on a big screen and also at home I find I get too distracted.

Perhaps it's the times that I go that mean that I don't get pissed off with other audience members that much.
