I usually have around 2 or 3 boiled or fried, 3 if I have an omlette (half of a 6 egg one) and use 3 or 4 for pies, puddings and stuff

Someone was recently shocked to hear I eat about 15 eggs a week. I might have two poached eggs for breakfast one day, a fried egg sandwich for lunch another, and there's no point making an omlette with less than 6.

So how many eggs to you eat a week?
