how many different types of potato can you name?

I read on the back of a packet of kettle chips that' they've tested over 120 varieties of potato to find the right one for their 'crisp' - what's going on there then? :confused:

I was more confuesd by the earlier assertion that there were only 85 varieties of spud, but if you 'wags' want to make a 'joke' out of 'it' then that's 'fine'.
