floor-length black puffa coat (used to be my sister's and i nicked it) - like wearing a duvet!

1 dark green hooded fleece (very old and trampy but brings back lots of memories, could NEVER get rid of it)

1 grey wooley winter jacket I never wear
1 brown mock suede jacket
1 furry soft grey posh jacket that makes me look like a stripper

A really lightweight denim number which I don’t really like but inherited it from a flatmates gf.
And a waterproof jacket that I never wear.
Think I need to go shopping!

I went home and counted my coats/jackets last night after reading this thread....and I have 27!! 
I never realised that. And I only own about 6 pairs of trousers, so I think I've got my wardrobe proportions all wrong.
But then our weather is so variable, that you need lots of different jackets for all the seasons.

short golden brown fake fur jacket (my "whore" coat )
pvc jacket
brown suede jacket
turquoise cotton jacket
long denim coat with embriodered front
black cardigan type thing with a cord front - not sure if it's a jacket or a cardi.
I think that's it... Not too bad really. Should show my husband this thread but he would tell me that comparing myself to my sister isn't really a fair comparison!

Evans have got some lovely jackets at the moment.. one is lilac, and the other is bottle green.
One of them is suede, but I can't remember what the other one is made of.
I want both of them but am told I don't need any more coats

- my knee length brown furry hooded coat (so warm!)
- my green chunky wool with pointy pixie hood and thumbholes coat (double warm!)
- my beigey corduroy jacket
- my (newish) navy "admiral" jacket with big round silver buttons*
*yes I know these are terribly trendy right now but this one is very nice and it suits me

a huge, thick, Carhartt parka, more built for fucking Novosibirsk that Stockwell.
a great little Carhartt raincoat/hoodie/mac thing - warm but not stifling, light but waterproof. a great buy
a Bench jacket with a high neck that i really like but got tatty really quickly
a generic hooded mac thing.
however, i don't own a single jumper and just 2 long-sleeved items - a work shirt and a cowboy shirt.
