I don't mean stats, but ratios. 13/32 = 40.6%, 6/16 = 37.5%, 3/8 would be the same (looks more likely 4/8 instead).

If you were doing these things by performances alone you'd be looking harder at Asia and Africa (of course, rightly, they won't do that)

By that logic, Asia would send fuck all in 2018 - 4 team, 4 last places, a grand total of 3 points, and Africa has advanced two teams from 5, with a total of 12 points.
