How do you like/make your scrambled eggs?

Eggs cracked into a plastic jug. Add ground salt and black pepper. Stir together with fork.
Heat butter in pan, add egg mixture when butter begins to foam.
Stir gently with wooden spoon. Serve creamy and soft on hot, buttered brown toast or potato cakes.
I added milk for years....then tried without. No idea why they taste creamier without, but they do. Ditch the milk.
 
I think I'll have eggs for breakfast more often. I've given up bread for Lent. I doubt it'll last though.
