How do you fit in a cup of tea/coffee in the morning?

Even if i'm getting up at 5.30am for work i have a cuppa, first thing i do after having a wee, i take it into the bathroom with me whilst getting ready !

don't have anything to eat till bout 10am at work though !

Even if i'm getting washed, wash and dry hair and getting dressed in half an hour i always have a cuppa !

Now, with my current job, I often find it difficult to find the time to go to the toilet - never mind have tea, eat etc. Now, pretty much every day, I arrive and don't eat, drink or use the bathroom(because I've not had time to drink/eat) until 3:30pm. So I get up a bit earlier and have a cup of tea at home.

Can't you drink and work at the same time? Or are you not allowed to drink at your desk?
