How do you cook sausages?

When I were a meatytarian I used to just bung them in the deep fat fryer (with or without chips) and just come back and check on them every two minutes or so.

Grilling usually, although if I'm using the oven for something else (e.g. chips) they have to be fried. I do tend to burn them if I fry them though.

You should be banned for that

I'd be the last person to somehow try to force you to eat my sausages.

You have to use one of those microwave covers, because otherwise, they'll splatter fat all over the inside.

When I want them nice and crispy, I put them in for 3.5 or 4 minutes.

the microwave is the man kitchen.

It's like the whizzing. Women sit, it takes a lot of time. They put their sausages in fry pans, etc, it takes a lot of time.

I pee standing up, and I microwave my sausages, so I can be eating them in three minutes. The idea for a sausage usually forms when I'm hungry, and I dislike gratification delayed.

I would normally grill them but our grill doesn't work.

Very slow fried, on a very low heat, for a very long time, in butter tastes best but not to be eaten that often.

We oven cook them as its really the only viable option.

Oven, with a ketchup coating. My sausage cookbook says that it can help seal in the juice. And it makes them taste even more unhealthy, which is the whole thing about sausages I reckon.

Mmmmmm... Sausages....

When I was younger and had a deep fat fryer very cheap ones would always get done in there. Unsurprisingly they tasted like ones from the chippie.

I tend to only buy posh ones normally and eat them less often, but the co-op had a orange label haul, so I've ended up with a good number of mid range jobs. Out of pure laziness I've been sticking them in the oven with a timer and have been very pleasantly surprised with the results.

I put them in the microwave for three minutes.

Are these some strange N American sausages?

I was working on a scout camp and got left loads of food by the US Military who had been staying there, including lots of these things called brown and serve which could be microwaved. They were pretty grim. We tried sticking some in a george foreman and they came out almost hollow!
