I have yet to find an american snack/sweet that tastes more than ok at a push.
Fortunately I have never had to pay for any of these things, cos if I had I'd be well miffed.

Still, they're not quite as offensive as the other American confectionery bastardisation - the red jelly/gummi bears. Bought a huge pack of them home, thinking to be Haribo-style strawberry, but they turned out to be rank antiseptic-tasting cinnamon flavoured nastiness.
