How big a breakfast do you have?

My god, I'm glad I don't get flashes of reality like that, I would be long dead by now.
 
Occassional chocolate bar. A small orange juice. Mostly nothing.

I hereby resolve each day to i. set the alarm earlier ii. Eat a goodly breakfast:)

Nearly lunch time - I'm hungry!!!
 
Can't be doing without my brekkie. I often look forward to it as soon as I've finished dinner the previous evening! :eek:

At home: hot water with lemon followed by 2 cups of strong coffee and I make my breakfast to eat when I get to work

At work: yoghurt with honey, cinnamon and Omega 3,6 &9 oil; lots of chopped up fresh fruit (currently blueberries, strawberries & raspberries) topped up with Dorset Cereal's High Fibre cereal :)
 
Black decaf coffee at home, then another black decaf coffee and some porridge when I get to work (about 9.30ish) - never used to bother with the food bit but feel much better since I did. And have lost weight:)
 
Two cups of coffee for breakfast.

Get a sandwich at midday and eat that for breakfast and dinner


Not right I know, but I can't eat 'til I've been awake a few hours
 
Bowl of cereal normally.

If i'm doing interesting things that can go up to a full english with a bowl of cereal (with added sugar). But that's only when i know i'll be burning off all those calories before lunch.

Normally just a bowl of cornflakes and a mug of tea but stretching to a full english at the weekend occasionally. :)
 
I love breakfast me!

I have All Bran with a sliced Bannana & a touch of honey with a glass of Cranberry juice, sets me up proper nice like. :)
 
I like my cornflakes but this morning I had the 2nd half of last night's pizza with sambal sauce to liven it up and reheated in my nice panasonic 900w microwave.

YUM YUM :D

Chinese for lunch and decide about dinner later. maybe cornflakes
 
it depends

today - i had 2 pieces of toast with some pork pate on it.

yesterday i had muesli

at the weekends i have a massive fry-up
 
Toast and a coffee.

Or cocopops.

If it's late, and I haven't eaten (like now) I'll generally have a bacon sandwich, or some cheese on toast.
 
always a fry up on the weekends..

i generally have cereal for my tea...because im a lazy git and cereal comforts me :D

either way i never get to finish it, as my daughter always seems to think half of it is hers :mad:
 
One plain crossiant (must be warm out the oven). One small bottle of something freshly squeezed. Two Marlboro lights. All whilst walking from the tube to work.

Today I had some fruit compote yoghurt and granola thing which I used to love but have completely gone off but hey I must be long and thin for tmrw so no naughty food for a couple of days!
 
Marmite and toast or home made jam and toast

scrambled eggs once a week - if time permits - thank god for microwaves.

proper bacon sarnies at weekend

always still hungry though - lunchtime cannot come soon enough. try hard not to snack am - rely on an apple to keep going.
