soulrebel, dunno how its going with your HB, but i just wanted to reiterate that is is REALLY worth appealing.
its the only way that you can get a letter from them that looks as though it has been written by a human being.
i got a leeter regarding an appeal the other day which actually included the phrase "I am very sorry"
gonna finally get £200 that the tight-fisted scumbags have owed me for months.

Thanks, didn't realise you could do that. The idea was to 'tag' it by posting so I could then do a 'find all posts by Oswaldtwistle' thing and bring it up, because it took some finding in the first place.

But I'll know for next time
