Anyway, I'm sure you've already got all the kitchen stuff in the world missfran, but I would just go mental on the kitchenware. Entering the kitchenware department of any large store puts me into a kind of trance. Just imagine it: heavy iron skillets, cake tins large and small, those weird jelly straining bags, every kind of knife, spatula, whisk etc., some of those silicone baking trays just cos I can't believe they really exist, loads of preserving jars, mmmmmmmmm..................

The sad thing is that my kitchen is far too small to accommodate all this swag anyway

Exactly. There's loads of stuff I'd love - a huge magimix, a microwave, cake tins etc. but I just don't have the room to put them anywhere.
