Hot pizza thread about topping choice. On hot pizzas.

I know it's wrong (as I've been told several times by the Italian guy at my local pizzeria) But I do like a bit of pinnapple, especially when eaten cold :o

Failing that, peppers, mushroom, olives and more olives

 :p

The veggie option but with no green peppers, change that to extra sweetcorn or mushrooms, or onion, tomatoes or something.

Onions, Tuna, Prawns, Anchovies and Olives. I know thats 5 toppings but I'm willing to pay the 50p for the extra topping.

Local pizza place here does one called the "London", which is tomato, cheese, herbs and chips. Are chip pizzas particularly popular in the UK's glittering capital?

And pineapple on pizza is an abomination, anyone who even considers committing such a heinous act should have their tastebuds removed with a fucking hammer.

:)

i like pineapple on certain pizzas... it provides an acidic bite to the greasyness of the cheese and a contrast to the meat

now of course in a "proper" pizza recipe they may be wierd but most of this stuff isn't proper pizza... and pineapple has a role in the pizza like fastfood department

I would like to officially endorse this post.

My mate (whose wife worked in those pizza places) used to have chinese chicken with pineapple and hoysin (sp?) sauce. :( It was a tase sensation but not in a good way.
