Pub in St Andrews not long ago. Served a particularly nice steak, Smothered in what must have been an entire large can of button mushrooms.

I have seen/eaten them in a few other places as well, Chinese takeaways & cafes mainly.

In fact, I can remember one Chinese that served a dish that contained both chopped-up tinned ham (as "pork") & tinned mushrooms. Didn't go back there again!

And lots more extra cheese, with dried chilli flakes on top. Ham and pineapple to suit.
