I was reading about what they were doing in Green Lanes - it's going to be the most expensive renovation of the mains ever I think. Fixing the bits that should never have been allowed to fall into such disrepair in the first place :rolleyes:

Now what you are all forgetting is this

They only ban the use of hose pipes therefore technically you can go to your garden tap and fill up as many buckets and watering cans as you so desire and water your garden that way.

It's not convenient but you can still get round it.

But who on earth is gonna grass on you anyway? :confused:

I'm still gonna use mine :p
