they've been ploughing up the Green Lanes area too.
Whether they'll get anywhere or not is another matter... last year we actually had a geyser of sewage at the top of Wood Green - hardly anyone noticed as it was right outside a Council building...

They only ban the use of hose pipes therefore technically you can go to your garden tap and fill up as many buckets and watering cans as you so desire and water your garden that way.

It's not convenient but you can still get round it.
