HIV/Aids, why can't it be spread by fleas?

With Malaria, certain compounds get through the mosquito's gut wall - the mechanism for doing this is part of the lifecycle of malaria. I'd suggest it isn't for HIV/AIDS.

There may also be issues with the dosage of a particular virus necessary for infection, but I know sod-all about that.
