Some good charity shops at World's End....where poor meets posh...very good combo for charity shops.

There’s a kinda vintage/theatrical clothes shop in New Cross that seems to have that kind of thing. Only had a stroll past it myself and there were people with sewing machines in the windows etc......

Might be just the place for a LV costume.....

Well, I hope so, cos that’s where I was hoping to get mine! I’ll let you know after I go in tomorrow!

If you're bored for the day, come up to Cambridge and head for the Grafton Centre. Just next to it is Burleigh St - about 7 charity shops there which should have a couple of DJs as I just deposited a couple there not so long ago.

if you have the time, check out if north end rd in fulham is still a hotspot.
several years back they had TONNES of "evening clothes" in the many charity shops there,very high quality and unique items.

but yeah things do move on/change fast in the charity shopping world..
sadly nortcote rd in clapham is a shadow of its former self, with most of the charity shops now cafes/posh shops
