Haven't watched the Tudor one yet - waiting for it to download. However, I did go to the Popham Little Chef at the weekend (the one Heston overhauled) and it is fantastic. I had ox cheeks and mash (gorgeous, very rich, I gather it's cooked for a couple of days), my mum had coq au vin (really well done), and my dad opted for the Olympic breakfast ("best black pudding I've ever tasted."). And we finished it off with a trifle - with popping candy! And they give you jelly beans with the bill, for extra Win. Seriously, if you possibly can, head down there before the staff get jaded and/or they revert to the old menu. It's brill.
