I agree that Sroszek is a great film, and Bruno S is also fantastic in Kasper Hauser.

I have a bit of a problem with Woyzek. I find Kinski's performance mannered and unconvincing. He was an actor with only one setting. No problem with that, but when stretched, he would snap.

I also would have preferred someone else. Still it's such an amazing play and that can't entirely be ruined.

Woyzeck is one of his better films for me too, but that's probably because of the play and not because of anything Herzog or Kinski brought to it.
