I thought he couldn't save her because of the brain tumour - ie he could have saved her from Sylar but she was going to die anyway.

Or should I assume that he couldn't actually have saved her from Sylar?

And yes it would be much easier to go back and find Sylar before he became all super-powered wouldn't it.

He couldn't save her from Sylar OR the tumour - she was destined to die whatever Hiro did to help her, which is why he was all when he got back to meet Ando.

So the only sure fire escape route is if they find a cure for the DNA to prevent radioactiveman from going nuclear?

What about when Sylar was caught but escaped.. Couldn't Hiro warn homeland security?
