you're forgetting; 3000 houses. an office block, a load of other stuffs, DOUBLE capacity for european games.
and the fact those seats were so easily sold tells its' own story...

Henry is doing the right thing IMO. I'm not sure he'd work at Barca and it's a lot of money for a player we didn't need. Cryuff, as usual, is being a bit of an arse in his statements, but that's to be expected.

If it doesn't work out for him, I'm sure the offers will still come in two years time, but for an awful lot less money.
