Always difficult in the world cup, you can end up with players who only play three games.

Podolski, Villa, Garcia, Prso and Klasnic are all worth punts for me, looking at the groups, take your (educated) pick from poland and portugal.

Spend cheap on half your players who will go out after the group stages to make sure you can buy expenisve players to get fuck loads of points later on


Play 3 -4 - 3 formation , as strikers and midfield tend to get more points than defenders and make sure you get the cheapest defender possible as the one your going to leave out so you have more to spend on other players !

My money is on Borgetti getting a few past Iran and Angola , not that cheap at 9 million in the Premiership fantasy league but way cheaper than the likes of Henry and Van Nistelrooy.

I have set up a Urban75 league at http://fantasyfootball.metro.co.uk, it is free and easy. On the premier league (that we used for the season) one you can only choose premiership players so i jettisoned that one.

You just need to log on, register, choose ya team, then put in the code:- 10861-17399 in the league bit, and thats about it!!

Please join t'other one, i wasn't trying to steal anyones thunder - just checked back 2 pages, and thought no one had set one up.
