put the I in "Index.html" into lower case for a start

you have put those things into a folder called "Index"

that link is your background for yer website...but not ON your Hosting///ON YOUR COMPUTER>


rightclick>view source>look a first few lines

the address/ref is wrong...you need to change the URL for the image name alone..aswell as having the images on the hosting...you do see that yeah?


This is a problem with construcing WYSIWIG with Office or Word or Whatever...be sure to understand that images and links to other pages have to be applicable to the hosting folder tree...not your PC folder tree,

I'm going to make things easier for myself. I've changed th patterned background for a plain coloured one for the main site.

If you can, get a copy of wordpress up and running. its dead simple and it will let you ignore all this kind of thing and focus on what you want on your website.
