Ask Gordon Ramsey, he'll tell you what is wrong with it and at great length. Its a cheat, sometime its alright to cheat with the odd ingrediant but that cocktail was reduced to something a trained chimp could have made.

Funnily enough I took on a chef for a while at my place who'd trained with MPW (refs checked and all) and he was just as big a knob-end as Marco. Couldn't cook either - full of flash and flammery but couldn't do the basics right. Watching this I can see why.
