OMG! Seriously though, look at the state of them, I mean physically. For people who apparently eat the healthiest diets in the world, they look awfully gaunt and their skin is terrible. What's wrong with these people?

The saddest part was the woman who showed the photos of her younger self drinking, taking drugs etc and she looked so happy and she even said that she's had a great time but she didn't look as though she was having one now.
It was very cultish and the enema man who made ambient music made me want to kill a deer and eat it.

nothing wrong with drinking piss in the right context. If you are in a desert it might be all the fluid you can get hold of.


BTW I've lived with a health food fraggle and it was anightmare. I used to rebel and fry stuff in butter.

Is it such a healthy diet? serious question, I dont know enough about nutrition to judge - but none of them looked very healthy to me (some of them looked really ill) and I thought they shared a lot of characteristics of a cult.

Well you get all the major food groups so yep. The kids all looked healthy, but the Mum didn't. She did seem a bit barmy on balance....

She reminded me of some people I knew in AA - they went there originally just to give up drink/drugs but within a year or so they were on a purity kick and were eating veggie/vegan and would only drink fruit juice and purified water. They became quite fanatical about it - although I don't think they went as far as drinking their piss.

When people like that lot on the tv programme go to those extremes, it ceases to be about health, quality of life, environment or whatever, but is about belonging to a certain group and to a cause - so in that sense they are just like religious zealots. What a bunch of self-satisfied humourless gits they were!
