Have you seen any long gloves in the shops?

How about some 'Glovers' for those brisk wintery walks in the park with your significant other? :D

The bib-looking thing is a 'glover' or a 'doppelhandschuhe'. :D You need never be chilly while holding hands ever again!

Surely if you're hands are cold, yet you are holding them with someone, you're doing it wrong? :p

There lovely loulou!

I got some long leather ones in red form Tesco at the weekend for 12 quid

They also had green, turquoise  (not in my size though :( ) and brown. :)

According to some crappy magazine I was reading over the weekend, you can get good long leather gloves from Corder www.corder.co.uk for the bargin price of £29.99. The pair they were showing were red and looked gorgeous.

Gah, don't wanna see pics of fingerless, I keep thinking of chopping the fingers off mine. :o

Just think it would look so nice to have a really good manicure in a matching colour to your clothes, poking out of sexy fingerless gloves. :o :)

Astral- that site has some great stuff! Thanks. :)/:(

It's not that my hands are too big, it's more that my fingers are too long for off-the-shelf ladies leather gloves.

When I was a kid, my arms were too long for most off-the-shelf coats, so my mum made me and my three sisters thick woollen capes with big hoods. I loved the seventies - lots of mums made their own kids clothes because it was cheaper than shop-bought, and I admired mine for it. :)
