I was at that game and in a nutshell you were more likely to find English firms figting each other than fighting Scots - other than Aberdeen, Dundee, partick, you didn't hear of many about.

I remember England v Wales in the old home countries championship (or whatever it was called) in about 78. There was conflict between England and wales but it seemed to be more Chelsea v west ham v millwall.

I might have been in that escort. We got off the train at Queens Park station, I think it was, and walked to the ground. Hundreds and hundreds of us. I know some Scottish blokes who were there and they admit they couldn't get near the main lot that day.
