In hte morning, it really, really does often resemble a scene from One Flew Over THe Cuckoo's nest.

Can you imagine working round people like that all day? and have no training (like mental health nurses/police etc)? It's sad that it seems that beggers/crazy people/crack heads don't have anywhere else to go except mcdonalds. not fair on anyone, especially the staff.

Yes, I've used the loo in the McDonalds once when I was coming or going to some party in Brixton (can't quite remember the details!)

I recommend the McDonalds loos. They're often clean, and the hand dryers have apparently been pimped by Boeing.
