Has Gousia changed hands?

They seem to be all at sixes and sevens all of a sudden. Have sent the wrong order TWICE in one evening and unable to fathom what's actually on their own menu. We've been using them for years and they've always been really good up to now.

Actually, all they did was add the missing items and send the rest plus the still wrong order back again stone cold

I have to say that the few times I've used them they've fucked up my order I tend to stick with Khans cos they're always reliable and never make a fuss cos our front gate is difficult to find.
