feel free to disagree with my opinion - that's kinda the point. But what marks someone out as a bit infantile and/or stupid is when they start holding forth on the source of someone else's opinion.
You don't know me or my tastes well enough - if you did, you'd know that being cool or 'intellectual' aren't high priorities of mine.
But you can't help yourself, you always have to personalise it, turn it into 'this kind of person against that kind of person'.
