Congratulations you've successfully applied to be the club admin. Please make yourself know to a member of staff next time you visit the stadium...Oh!

Twitter admin for a football club is not generally a role which works for people who aren't around on the weekend...Maybe they have a life to lead?
If I had a job (especially one that didn’t pay me) that demanded I work 40 weekends out of 52, you can be damn sure that when the break of 12 came around you wouldn’t see me anywhere near my place of work on the weekend.Twitter admin for a football club is not generally a role which works for people who aren't around on the weekend...
Also, suppose we have no more news just now, what are they meant to say?
New admin only started last week, can't be needing a rest already (although it was a busy week tbf.If I had a job (especially one that didn’t pay me) that demanded I work 40 weekends out of 52, you can be damn sure that when the break of 12 came around you wouldn’t see me anywhere near my place of work on the weekend.

What new Admin and social team? I’m pretty sure there is no new Admin and team yet as they have to give notice in their current job and then start bringing everything in line again. Currently being done as hoc on top of lots of other work that is their real job.New admin only started last week, can't be needing a rest already (although it was a busy week tbf.

Anyway, this wasnt meant as a dig at the new social team. Great to be getting a flow of news ahead of the first match in 8 days time. Well done new admin person![]()
From what I know there is no new admin person yet, and people within the club are filling in to do the minimum until the new person/people start, which should be imminent hopefully.New admin only started last week, can't be needing a rest already (although it was a busy week tbf.

The people doing it would be first to admit it’s not their strongest area and they can’t wait for somebody to take it off them. They are busy doing their own jobs this time of year so mistakes will happen occasionallySaw a tweet from Tom saying he had handed over the reins... I presumed to the newcomer who it had been said we were recruiting.
Even more so then, hats off to whoever is manning the controls, great to see the flow of news
May be wrong, but he can play in the centre or out wide, but isn't really a winger in the conventional sense. But he has good experience at this level, a solid pick up.
Recognise the name though I do not know much about him. Winger?
Just noticed we signed someone else, Josh Hill, defender from Dartford.
Never come across him so have no insights to offer...
Quite the triangular career cycle these days, Welling / Dartford / Hamlet.
Oh, and Ming, Vint and Holland retained.
30 years of age, good experience at this level playing Dartford, Welling, Hemel and Braintree. Others also but can’t remember off the top of my head. With him, Holland, Vint and Quade that may suggest Gavin is looking to go with a 3.Just noticed we signed someone else, Josh Hill, defender from Dartford.

Edited to add, we signed a keeper too! Joe Osaghae, 21 from Charlton u23.
Very exciting signing that one
